2. This competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the UK aged 16 years or over, except employees and their families of Huntsman LLC and Bostik.
3. No purchase is necessary. To enter the competition, you will need to play the Fusion Lab game and to register.
4. Each time you upload your score to the online scoreboard you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
5. The starting date and time of the competition is 11:00 GMT on Tuesday, 1st September 2009.
6. The closing date and time of the competition is 23:59 GMT on Monday, 30th November 2009.
7. The winners will be the first entries drawn at random on 1st December 2009.
8. Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners will be chosen at random. First prize: 42” flat screen TV; 2nd prize: Xbox 360 Elite; 3rd prize: iPod Nano; 4th prize: 10MP digital camera; 5th prize: £50 HMV vouchers. Regarding the prizes, the responsibility of the Promoter is strictly limited to the issuance of prizes; the Promoter is not liable for transport, functioning, use, compliance with standards or safety of Use.
10. The prize is as stated. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
11. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.The participant recognises and accepts the characteristics and limits of internet connexions and transmissions
12. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days and will be given further details of how to receive their prize. All prizes must be claimed within 7 working days of the winner being notified. If winners do not respond to the instructions contained in the e-mail within 7 working days of the email having been sent, then that winner's prize will be re-allocated to another entrant. No responsibility is taken for notification emails that are not received for any technical or other reason.
13. Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the competition entry prove invalid for any reason or should the winner not respond to contact.
14. The winners may be requested to take part in publicity. Promoter has the right to publish the names of all winners and their county on www.aralditefusion.co.uk.
15. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this competition or terms and conditions without notice with no liability to the entrants or the winners.
16. Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
17. Entrants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties.
18. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
